Attorneys Michael Macco and Richard Stern have well over 70 years’ experience between them. This includes almost 30 years as partners in our Suffolk County-based practice, focused exclusively on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Mr. Macco is one of only two Chapter 13 trustees in the Eastern District of New York, and Mr. Stern is one of only nine Chapter 7 trustees on Long Island, giving them in-depth knowledge of consumer bankruptcy from all perspectives. Between private practice and service as trustees, our partners estimate they have been involved in over 100,000 bankruptcy cases.
